Hello All,
Well its time for another challenge over at the Sugar Bowl ... & I have chosen the option of Springtime.
This may not look the most exciting card but I am rather impressed with it, as I made the whole thing in an hour!! ..... That never happens to me, but it was a case of needs must! .... although looking at it now I realize I have forgot to colour one of the flowers, how could I have missed that!!!!
I love this image and I have not used it in ages so it was nice to ink it up again.
Please don't forget to join us, there is as always the fabulous prize of 4 Sugar Nellie stamps. Look forward to meeting you in the Sugar Bowl.

Sugar Bowl March
Hello All
Sorry I am a little late with this post. Well its time for another challange over at the sugar bowl and I have gone for the " Special Lady" option.
Using one of my Fav Leanne Ellis image - You can find the Leanne Ellis range here I have coloured the image using copic's and prisma's, and I have teamed it up with some papers from trimcraft ... I added a few more stamped details so the paper didn't look so plain.
I hope you will join us all over at the sugar bowl, as always there are some fabby goodies up for grabs.
Hugs to all

Sugar Bowl - Feb Challenge
Hello All
Well its time for another challenge over at the Sugar Bowl for this month Karen has set us a colour challenge, it has been really interesting to see the DT's interpretation of this picture. Also we have all used a Leanne Ellis image, no hardship for me there, as I LOVE Leanne Ellis images. I have chosen "Tell me something" which you can find here This little sweetie has been coloured with copics & I have teamed it up with some Basic Grey papers, that I have had in my stash forever. I have added a few bits and bobs ... & sprinkled with frantage.
We Have a few changes in the Sugar Bowl. As well as a prize of 4 Sugar Nellie stamps ( 6 if we reach 100 entries ) we also now will be choosing a GDT each month - who will receive a free digi to and we will also be choosing a top 3 ........ so get inking and colouring, cant wait to see what you make and be inspired by your creations!!

A World of Flowers
Hello All,
I keep thinking I will get to a point where I am not apologising for being absent in Blog Land, I am under the illusion that at some point my life will be a little less hectic and I will be able to craft more frequently.
The house is on the home straight ( on the inside at least ) ..... I have not made many cards partly because when I do get a little spare time and head to the loft it is soooo freeeezing I cant quite cope, normally with a little oil heater and a fleece its bearable but with work on the house and the roof being slightly open I was also sitting in a howling gale. I have however been colouring for Britain, its been nice to really have a chance to educate myself ( you tube tutorials ) and try and improve my skills .... I still have a lot to learn, but I am really enjoying challenging myself to try different techniques. Hopefully when I do next head into the loft I will be able to create a big stack of cards with all the lovely coloured images I have acquired.
Anyway .... enough waffling. This card!! Love this image from Saturated Canary I really enjoyed colouring it. ( Think Hubby saw just how much work goes into colouring as he watched me work o this image 4 nights in a row!!) I have used a combo of Copic's and Prisma's.
I have used one sheet of 12x12 paper, ( pretty sure its Bo Bunny ) I used the centre of the paper as the main background ... added a little detail with a few Bo Bunny background stamps. Then I cut out all the flowers from the page, and quite frankly just went mad!! Think it a little OTT, but hopefully it works. I have added a little doodling and higlighted some areas with glossy accents.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Runway Inspired - Dennis Basso Spring 2014
Crafty Creations - Seasonal ( I have chosed Summer )
ABC - Anything goes with colouring
Sister Act - Anything Goes
As always thanks for looking

Elizabeth Bennet
Hello All,
Finally in amongst building work and looking after my little one, I actually got chance to escape into my loft for an evening's crafting.
There are so many new products and things that I feel I want and NEED, at the same time I feel I must use up the stash I have, so this is me playing with an old Kanban kit, and trying to "craft" with it. The Kit was called " Lavender and Lace" I stamped with an "indigo Blu" stamp over some of the printed card stock and colour tinted with copic's. There has been loads of distress ink added, a good sprinkling of frantage (one of my new fav obsessions!!), and finished off with some paper clay embellishments using "Martha Stewart" moulds.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Bunny Zoe -Wings
Stamping Sensations - Free and easy
Everybody Art Challenge - Not Christmas
Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge - Fav Technique ( Currently frantage )
Crafty Creations - Anything Goes
Wed Creative Inspiration - Anything Goes
Charisma Cards - Anything Goes
Sister Act - Anything Goes
As always thanks for taking the time to pop by and have a look

Sparkle and Shine in the Sugar Bowl
Hello All,
Its time for another challenge over at the Sugar Bowl. This month we are looking for sparkle and Shine.
This is one of these cards that is fairly plain and simple but took me ages! I started with the fabulous Leanne Ellis - True Love image I stamped and embossed with black embossing powder, I used watercolour pencils to do the background and edges with distress inks, the image has been coloured with a combo of copics and prisma's , unfortunately due to the stamping with embossing powder I ended up with a weird grey shadow under her chin that I couldn't get rid of so I painted over with acrylic's it still shows but I am hoping I got away with it.
All the circles have been filled with Anita's Glaze and sprinkled with glitter. The background paper is handmade, I have used twinkling H2o's I have overstamped with a Bo Bunny script stamp, and I have used a Katy Sue stamp for the flowers again I used Anita's glaze over them, I finished off with doodling and more glitter .... I struggled getting the "sparkle and shine" to show up on the photo's so I have done a couple of close ups just to prove its there!! lol ...
I also would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge - Add sentiment
Daring Card Makers - All the other reasons
Sister Act - Anything Goes
As always thanks for looking
