Digi Choosday Week 10

Hi All ... Its Digi Choosday Yaaaay ... So please do pop over to the blog and grab today's discount code. The Challenge as always is Anything Goes, however the DT were asked to use pastel colours. I have used the gorgeous Lil Miss Sugarpop Collection to make a little notelet card.

We Love to Create

So Happy to be joining the We Love to Create this week. I have altered a little bird house, I painted it up with some Yellow and Pink Acrylic paint I then added some detail, stamping over with some White Gesso. I have used the gorgeous new stamps available from Polkadoodles  Time to Bloom I used the little edging stamp to create a border. I then stamped out the little bird and some flowers and coloured up with my zig pen's. I then fussy cut and used to decorate.

For this card I used the A4 papers ... I then cut out circles in co-ordinating papers. I inked the edges with distress oxide peacock feathers. I then stamped in the circles using Special Times Clear Stamps . I used a inktense pencil to create shadowing around the circles to help them stand out and added some strips of paper from the Posy Doodles 6x6 paper stack. I stamped the flowers on watercolour card stock and used my sparkle pens to colour them up, shaped them and added to the card to create a little dimension. Then At the end I did a little doodling around the circles with a white pen & added lots of paint splashes.

Polkadoodles - Posy Doodles, Kraft Card

Hi All .. sharing another make from the gorgeous new Posy Doodle range from Polkadoodles. I thought I would share this card, as I confused our poor Nikky as to how I had made this card lol.

Firstly I used the Special Times clear stamp set I coloured up the stamp using my Ecoline pens, stamped with it and spritzed with water to diffuse it. I then overstamped in black using the best of days stamp set. I then took a tag from the paper kit and fussy cut out the little girl and layered it over the stamping I had done. I also cut out the edging of the tag to create the little black and white strips. I then mounted put a small wash of gesso over the kraft card just to give it more of a mixed media feel.

Polkadoodles - Posy Doodles, Altered Peg

Hi All ... Well yesterday was an amazing show .. we sold out in 6min. However you can still get the stamps on Hochanda, and there are a few kits available on Polkadoodles.

For this make I covered the peg in some papers, & added some gesso over it and then covered with some sparkle pens to brighten up. then I did some fussy cutting of one of the tags for the black and white edges. I then stamped up the flowers and coloured with my Zig pens. I shaped the flowers anf then put them on the peg using some pinflair gel to add lots of dimension.

Polkadoodles - Posy Doodles Notepad

Hi All ... we are so excited today as Polkadoodles Debuts on Hochanda. the latest Posy Doodles range is just sooooo utterly gorgeous. I honestly couldn't put this kit down.

For this make I used the A4 Papers and some of the gorgeous toppers. I have covered a set of sticky notes to make a little notepad, I then used the circle die with one of the toppers to create a little pocket to pop a few tags in .... & I decorated a few paperclips by cutting out a flower and butterfly from the topper kit.

I have to say I was reluctant to let this one go ... I may have to make another one for myself.
