Venetian Lady

Hello All,

Happy Monday,

At the mo I have set the resolution that I will not buy myself any more crafty stash until I have made 100 things....I am now at 12 with 88 to go!!....This isn't too bad a ban, On the rate I am going at the mo, I recon I will be allowed to spend again in 2 & 1/2 months. I once put myself on a 6 months spending ban in an attempt to put a dent in my stash....amazingly I stuck to it, although no dent was noticed!!! LOL!! the good thing was though with the money I had saved with friends and family buying cards I was able to buy myself the big shot!.....one of the reason I made this resolution is I have so many uninked stamps it is just shocking!! so I really should give them an airing before I buy yet more!!!

This is one of my uninked stamps a lovely stamp from the "Debbie Moore - Venetian collection" I have coloured with copics and added some highlights with sakura glitter gel pens. The Dp is from the "Debbie Moore - Paris Glamour" cd.

This is my entry for:

CR84FN Colour Challenge - Red, Turquoise & Brown
Stamptacular Sunday - Whateva

Thanks for Looking
Hugs Juls

Wow 100 items?....that's actually a great idea!! i'm just back from a trip to USA with my hubby....i normally buy LOADS...but not so much this trip...i think I'm finally learning to be very careful about what i'm buying (it's taken long enough) lol! And i have quite a box of uninked rubber myself!!

i love your side step card...the lady is so glamorous...love the aqua too! bx

  12. This is besutiful Juls. The first time I've seen a scalloped side step card. Love the image and colours.
I'm on a crsft spending ban at the moment too as the balance of the new kitchen has to be paid for. Six months for me I reckon but the sooner I pay it off the sooner I can crafty spend again.

  13. Juls, she's beautiful and exquisite in her lovely turquoise gown! I had to chuckle about how you've imposed a "ban" on purchasing supplies . . . it's a disease! LOL!!! Thanks for your visit, and good luck in my drawing! Hugs, Terri xoxo

I hope you hold tight. I know that as soon as the CHA releases let loose, that will be me done. A stunningly elegant card as always Juls, have yourself a fabulous week. keeleyxx
