Vintage Maggie

Hi,

Just a quick post from me tonight...The Sugar Nellie blog is asking us to get out our old nellies and have a play, I love dressed up Maggie and was one of my first SN purchases. (I dont want to admit quite how many nellies I have now....its an obsession!!!) so decided to ink her up again.

I thought I would go for a vintage look, I have no idea what the papers are as they are all from my scrap box, the edges have been inked in "distress ink - antique linen" and The swirls are a "paper artsy" stamp and have been inked up with "Brilliance - twiliight"

The pearls I have coloured with my copics to give them a pinky shade and of course a good dollop of stickles!!!

Thanks for looking!!
Hugs Juls

  8. Morning Julia

I have never thought of doing that - colouring pearls with copics, so sensible and obvious it never occured to me. And there was I the other day fretting I need to get yet more for a shade of green.

A lovely card anyhow, I love vintage as you know, so this one is right up my street.
