This is my entry for the Allsorts challenge http://allsortschallenge.blogspot.com/ which this week is a sketch.
This is quite a simple card, and I have to admit I am really please with the way it has turned out. I have used a stamp from the " Habico wedding images 2" set I stamped it twice once on plain white card, and once on some paper from the papermania hint of pink range, and then pieced it all together. There is also a strip of adhesive ribbon from the papermania set, and finally a few Kanban gems that you can barely see in the corner, but in real life they work well.
Wow this is just stunning what a fantastic colour scheme

ReplyDeleteReally love this. Truly elegant and beautiful.
I made a card with this set a while ago and was also pleased with the results. But yours is much more colourful!
I have never thought of "paper piecing" the gorgeous lady's dress though .. .. but I will now!! Thank you for the inspiration.
Thanks also for joining in the fun at Allsorts this week. I hope you can play again next week too!
Good luck with the draw.
