Dont Listen
Hi There .. so this is my final make for the Polkadoodles Ula Launch party. This time I used the gorgeous "Don't Listen" which you can find here
So last week we were cleaning my daughters room and, My hubby was trying to get the furniture back into her dolls house which she inherited off a friend .. but it was driving him insane as the rooms were to small to get his hands in so, he took a screwdriver and removed a few of the walls to make the rooms bigger and easier for her to play with. I squirreled them away into my little hoard of " I could do something with that stash"
So first of all I primed and then added texture with homemade texture paste and stencils from Tim Holtz and imagination crafts. When dry I sprinkled some Indigo Blu Lucious powders over it and spritz with water. I then added some distress ink - worn lipstick around the edges along with some Pebeo guilding wax.
For the door and fence I used Distress crackle paint and then rubbed in some guilding wax.
All the flowers and butterflies are from the Polkadoodles Helga range, which you can find here and then I added some texture to the flowers using some goodies from Anna Marie designs. Finally I added a liberal sprinkling of glitter.
I would like to add this to the following challenges:
