Colour Me

Hi All,

Check me, a post 2 days in a row!! and I even got into the loft last night so have a few more things ready to post, you never know I may become a regular blogger again!!!

This is a quick and simple card! I saw this idea on pinterest and thought it was brilliant!! I love the idea of a card that a child can colour in themselves. I kept the card simple as I thought it should be about their work of art, not mine.

I tried to think of stamps I owned that were nice and open, and would be possible to colour with crayons. I have some of the fabulous Marij Rahder stamps, so I used some of them .... and of course it some scraps in the background!!

This was also so quick to make, I made 3 with different images, think it may be an idea that I will return to a lot!

Thanks for looking
Hugs Juls

  6. What a great idea Juls. I'm sure any child would love to colour that cute cow. I've often thought about stamping some images for Poppy to colour but never quite got round to it.

  10. Hi Juls . . . what a good idea for a card.

As you've used scraps (or "snippets") you could enter your card into Di's Snippets Playground and then come and play on the swings with some fellow playmates. Very friendly bunch a gals! Plus, last I heard, there was some "fruit" juice and ginger biscuits to be had behind the bike sheds.

  17. Just stopped by again to say your comment made me laugh about P&P on my Journal blog. Nice to know I am not the only one who has more than one copy. If I see one in a charity shop I have to have it I am looking at the new editions on Amazon as well lol

Madness. But I, like you have lots of journals on the go so if you can bare it just rip individual sheets out as I did and put them in the journal you're using. Thanks again for the chuckle your comment brought Dxx
