Baby Boy


Hello All,

Well I finally have a card, i started it last week and finished this morning. I was asked for some baby cards a while ago, and I still have not finished them. I got distracted by all my lovely new stamps......when I have new things to play with I find it difficult to get inspired for things I have to make, I think thats why it took me so long to get this one done, and I am still not sure of the finished result.

The stamp is "WOJ", and I have used "g.c.d studios - Ella Blue".......I just LOVE that paper!!!! All the edges have been colour tinted with "distress ink - antique linen" for the swirl I have used "sizzix - flourish and hearts" and the flower is " Tim Holtz - tattered rose"....I have added a little sparkle with to the swirls with "stickles" and finally added some pearls which have been coloured with my copics to colour match & finally the lace border is created using a "martha stewart" punch.

    It's beautiful Juls. I love that stamp and the papers is fab. It looks great in close up (just had to get all the detail). Wih I had a reason to make baby cards. Guess I'll have to wait for great grandchildren now!

    I love this card so much, the papers are one of my fav ever...I have to confess I have that stamp but never inked it...how aweful is that eh...
    So suprising really as its just gorgeous, you have done an amazing job as ever

    Oh this is just totally gorgeous. I love the blues and that large swirl. The distressed images are fabulous. This is a stunning card.
