Hello All,
Yes I know its been a while, but its about time I add some organisation in my crafting life too. I have spent today going through all the challenge blogs and noting down details of frequency, rules e.c.t .. My plan is to create a spreadsheet that will go in my crafting organiser ( I know check me out ) The plan is by being more organised I will have time set aside for not just crafting, but sharing it too :-). If all goes to plan I should be a more frequent visitor of blogland!!
I seem to spend more time colouring nowadays that I do cardmaking, I have also just started a class to learn to draw and paint portraits so I am excited to see how that goes.
This image is one I coloured this time last year ( yes time flies!! ) The image is from " A Day for Daisies " I finally got her turned into a card. Now I really am useless at taking note of all the products I have used ( hence my new organiser :-) ) I have used papers from pima and teamed it with some hearfelt creation dies, and given it a good sprinkling of frontage.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Crafting from the Heart - Anything Goes
Digi Chooseday - Anything Goes
Creative Card Crew - Anything Goes
Deep Ocean - Anything Goes
Wed Creative Inspiration - Anything Goes
Crafty Creations - Anything Goes
That Craft Place - Anything Goes
613 Av Create - Anything Goes
Lill Patch of Crafty Friends - Anything Goes
Many thanks for taking the time to stop by

Fairy Dust in the Sugar Bowl
Hi All,
Its time for another new Sugar Bowl challenge, I have gone for something a little different. This is a jar of fairy dust, its so simple to do and looks so pretty. Its just a jar of water and you add in a little glitter and cut open some glow sticks and put the contents into the jar ( in the UK you can buy the glow sticks at the pound shop. )
I decorated the top of the jar with some flowers and gems, and a little shrink using the scrapberry image " little sister " that you can find here
Hope you will join us in the sugar bowl this month, I always enjoy seeing your fabulous creations.

Kit and Clowder Mixed Media Class
Hello All,
Yes I hang my head in shame, it has been sooooo long since I have posted anything!!! I will not give a big long list of whys and wherefores however its safe to say I have been rather busy with lots of things. I have done the odd bit of crafting here and there ... I have kicked started myself with the Kit and Clowder mixed media class ... Have so enjoyed this, it feels like so long since I have picked up my pens, & even longer since I picked up a lot of my mixed media supplies, infact the last pages in my art journal are dated 2012.
I will be doing my best to pop round all your blogs and say hi, and see what you have been up to & hopefully I will be around a bit more often!

Sugar Bowl - April
Hi All,
Firstly I apologise for the picture heavy post, it was kind of hard to work out the best way to photograph this to show the complete project.
Well ... its time for another challenge over at the sugar bowl and as always we have the theme of anything goes. I have used the fabulous Leanne Ellis image, the Leanne Ellis range can be found here I have coloured her up with copic's ( this one was coloured a while ago, so pre me making a note of copic's used ) and I added a water colour background. I then teamed it up with one of the teacup cards from " The house of Zandra, fabulous tea & cakes cd " I added the clock, little mushrooms and tiny little bottle to really try and add to that wonderland theme. I hope you like.
I would so love to see you in the sugar bowl, I love being inspired by you all, and as always there are some fabulous sugary prizes on offer :-)
I would like to add this to the following challenges:

Sir Benjamin
Hi All, this is a card I made for my BIL&SIL's wedding anniversary ... My SIL has subjected her hubby to far too many 18th Century drama's as he now likes to be referred to as Sir Benjamin, LOL. So I thought this image from the polkadoodles rose bud collection was just perfect. My SIL was married in a pale blue dress hence the colour choice, and they are going to Paris later this year, which was why I have added the French details.
I have been a little remiss in taking note of the copics I used, and in noting down the ingredients to the card.
The Paris stamp in Stampendous and I have embossed with white embossing powder onto some Bo Bunny Papers and added distress ink tumbled Glass. I have also used a little Kanban stamp to embellish round the edges. I have used a Tim Holtz, HOTP & Marianne Creatables dies for all the embellishments. I added a few paper flowers some little vellum flowers cut with and x cut punch and some bling.
I would like to add this card to the following challenges:
Createalicious - Anything Goes
Crafting From the Heart - Anything Goes
Just Inspirational - Flourish and Bling
Crafting All Seasons - Pastel Colours
As you like it - Fav type of stamp rubber or digi ( digi as I can re-size, )
Fairy Tale - Flower Power
613 - Anything Goes
Scribble and Scrap - Anything Goes
As Always Thank you for looking
