Tea for Two & Two for Tea
I bought a template kit from QVC the other week, with loads of gorgeous templates in it.....despite it having loads of templates, I keep pulling out this teapot one, I just think it is so cute....the trouble is I have loads more ideas for it, so you will probably quite sick of it and think...whats with the teapots!!!!
I just love the film "Tea for Two" with Dorris Day, It reminds me of being at my Grans house, she used to record all the musicals and we would sit and watch them together.....so it as soon as I got the template I knew I would have to do something inspired by that song!
I have created an easel card this time, the papers are a combination of "magnolia" and "basic Grey"...I have distressed all the edges with "distress ink - antique linen" the fabulous couple have been coloured with my copics. The paper lace has been created with a "martha stewart punch and this also has been colour tinted with "distress ink antique linen".......I created the sentiment using "My Craft Studio" and finally added some pearls.
For the first time in ages I am actually quite pleased with the finished results, I hope you like it to.
